The Australian Jurist

The Australian Jurist is the yearly blind peer-reviewed academic publication of the Australian Legal Theory Association.

The journal selects for publication high-quality papers on any topic within legal theory, regardless of ideological perspectives.

Prior to 2026, it was published as the Western Australian Jurist.
